The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work - First Responder Edition

The Gottman 7 Principles workshop is based on over 40 years of research by Drs. John and Julie Gottman. The information and skills you will learn are evidence-based, deceptively simple, and highly effective. The workshop is designed to help committed couples strengthen their relationships. If you already have a strong relationship, you will gain greater insight to make it even better. If you are struggling, this workshop will provide you with a roadmap for strengthening and repairing bonds. Research shows that, on average, couples wait 6 years before seeking help with the relationship. This workshop gives you the opportunity to get ahead of the curve and be proactive in building a healthy, thriving relationship
